How far in advance should I book my bond clean?
Request a quote once your move and key-handover dates are reasonably firm. Availability varies, and asking early gives you more options without obliging you to book.
Do I need to leave the electricity and water on?
Please keep mains power and running water available during the clean. Confirm the disconnection timing when arranging the booking if either service may end that day.
Can carpet steam cleaning be included?
Yes. Add the carpeted rooms and any known stains to your quote request so the carpet service can be priced with the main clean.
My rental is in an apartment building — is that a problem?
No, but tell us at booking if your building requires a lift booking, loading dock time or concierge sign-in, so the job can be scheduled around building access rules.
